Microtel offers free wifi and free long distance

In case you had missed it, if you are on the road traveling, Microtel's chain now offers free wi-fi and free long distance for anyone staying at any of their properties in the US. I've stayed at Microtel a number of times and this is great news. They always seem to be clean, neat and affordable (usually in the under $50 range). So keep that in mind when you're on the road.
